On Friday, Culture Secretary Fiona Hyslop visited Edinburgh Castle and launched the Culture & Business Fund Scotland. Funded by the Scottish Government via Creative Scotland and Historic Environment Scotland the fund will encourage the development of arts, heritage and business partnerships
